The vacation apartments at the pond are located in the beautiful Eifel village Schmidt.
Schmidt is one of the 9 districts of Nideggen. The town of Nideggen is known far beyond the beautiful Eifel region, and not only because of the imposing Nideggen Castle.

We, the Lisken family, welcome you in modern, friendly and fully equipped new-build apartments.
The location of our apartments in the middle of our unspoiled Eifel brings you relaxation and tranquility.
Our ambition is to offer our guests a carefree, relaxing and pleasant stay. The apartments are fully and practically furnished, just as you would expect in a modern new-build holiday apartment.
All vacation apartments are heated with underfloor heating, which is supplied by a geothermal heat pump. Our roof areas are equipped with photovoltaics as far as currently feasible from a constructional point of view. The total size of the system is 44.5 kWh. A 9 kWh battery storage supports us to be able to fall back on our regenerative electricity also in darkness or bad weather phases.

The vacation home is located in Kommerscheidt, a district of Nideggen-Schmidt, at the end of a quiet side street directly on the edge of the field and forest. Above in the immediate vicinity is the pond, a natural body of water that offers a cool place to linger, especially in midsummer with its surrounding trees.
From the property you have a beautiful view of up to 70 km into the flatter surrounding countryside between Jülich and Cologne. A vacation home in the Eifel near Rursee, National Park and historical events, within the village are shopping facilities for daily needs, café and restaurants offer the possibility after an exciting day of hiking or excursions to get a good dinner in the immediate vicinity, if your own kitchen should remain cold once.
